Key-holding and Alarm Response
Late at night, an alarm is triggered at a client’s retail store due to a break-in. The security system immediately notifies our monitoring center, where our team quickly assesses the situation. Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, it’s evident that a window has been smashed.
As the keyholder, our security officer promptly arrives at the site with the keys, allowing immediate access. Upon arrival, they find the front display window shattered and signs of forced entry. The officer conducts a thorough inspection of the premises, ensuring that no intruders remain inside and checking for any further damage.
After securing the site, the officer contacts the police to report the incident and provides them with access to the premises. While waiting for the police, the officer resets the alarm system and coordinates with the client to arrange emergency repairs for the broken window.
Finally, the premises are secured, and the officer locks up, leaving a detailed report for the client on the actions taken and the current state of the property.
